Global G-26 Special Edition Wedding Cake Knife

There’s an interesting story to tell regarding the Global G-26 Bride’s Wedding Cake Knife. When Michel Roux Jr contacted Global Knives to about the possibility of creating a wedding knife for his daughter’s wedding he was told the minimum order would be a dozen knives. The order was taken and two of the 12 knives were given to the Roux family. The remaining 10 are now available to the general public.

Perfect as a collectors item or for a wedding events organiser, the Global G-26 Bride’s Wedding Cake Knife is made from high quality Cromova18 Stainless Steel and features Global’s signature acute 15° cutting edge blade and hollow handle. It would also be ideal for a fan of Global knives who is tying the knot. The blade also features the message ‘Congratulations from Global’.
