The grind can be easily adjusted from fine through to coarse simply by turning the knob on the top of the mill. The design registered Precision+ carbon steel mechanism strips peppercorns instead of crushing them to ensure maximum flavour is released at every turn.

The London mill is super easy to refill. Simply unscrew the knob and remove along with the mill top. To make refilling even easier, use the Cole & Mason Dover Stainless Steel Funnel which is available separately.
